#day3 #21DayFixChallenge Today was hard I won't lie! As you can see i was struggling. But I did it!! I honestly didn't think I'd make the full 30 min. I figured I'd make through the warm up. My Lupas making joins hurt and RSD making my bones ache. Then sore from fitness ontop of it ! Well I made it 26 mins. Failure not!! Failure would of been if I didn't Atleast try!!
