Eh, I kinda doubt it's even Carter-O'Neill, honestly. I see Sam as the kind of person to not bother legally changing her name, since by the time they get married she's had a 20-year career with the name Carter. But I thought the idea of oftheancients's subconscious knowing Sam and Jack are married was pretty funny.
