n then lavender is like oh my god. how is everyone not dead yet hello????? so she goes to investigate bc if shes actually dying n hallucinating to cope shes gonna make it a really cool hallucination bc shes like. 17. shes cool like that. i think.
n then turns out it isnt actually a meteor but peri's ufo thing n apparently the reason why no one died n no one noticed the big hunk of metal in her backyard is bc peri is using like a camouflage thing. so her backyard n half her house is utterly destroyed but unless someone comes close to the barrier itll look normal to outsiders
so lavender ofc is PISSED but stuff happens n they eventually bcome bestfriends. theyre like this 🤞 after 12 hrs of like straightup traumabonding. so lavender helps peri fix his ufo n peri is like hey do u wanna join me up in space n she obviously TAKES the offer its her whole dream
so they explore but peri didnt tell lavender that theres this corporation space cop thing after him. soon enough the cops find them so theyre just both on the run now. they did tell lavender that if she just handed peri over to tjem theyd leave her be n peri is like totally understanding cause he'd hand himself over if it means lavender would stay safe!!
but lavender is like no i dont like their tone n just takes over the ufo n speedblitzes past them
so they land back on earth (didnt crash this time thank god) n lavender realizes that they 1) have no home 2) are broke 3) are on the run from the police
so she goes around and just accumlates this massive debt so that they can buy a home n fast forward 2 yrs later they're still in debt but atleast they have a business now to help pay it off!! while lavender runs the store peri is up in space doing the equivalent of like space errand jobs to help earn money too, lavender joins him sometimes when they literally have no more cash LOL

Shin was already about to leave when Keiji mentioned he’s never seen Shin’s collar. This one thing Keiji said managed to piss Shin off so badly that he turned around, went “you know what, screw you in particular” and improvised an offer that ended up seriously damaging Keiji’s relationship with Sara. Which took him like 5 seconds to come up with. And then it turned out that Keiji’s initial accusation wasn’t even correct. He took like 4 consecutive Ls, all of which he brought upon himself. It’s a rare example of Shin’s plans not backfiring on him horribly, and I really love it because not only does it demonstrate how good he is at making siht up on the spot, it also shows how well he knows Keiji’s weaknesses specifically.
