happy hc. summer loved to write, it was never anything professional but more of a hobby. she was the one who would make up the bedtime stories for yang with tai, as well as regaling ozpin’s students when she would visit the academy before going home. she always had a talent for the dramatic.

angsty hc. one of my favourite headcanons that summer’s semblance was, tying into her irish coding, the bean sí  /  banshee’s cry. it allowed her to predict potential deaths of those around her but she couldn’t control it, instead just feeling the overwhelming need to scream whenever the predictions arose. she told very few people about the semblance, the only ones who knew being her team & ozpin.

random hc. she’s super into rock music. adores it.

general opinion. i don’t think i can really have too much of a concrete opinion on summer because she’s not really a character, lmao. she’s a set of ideals & possibilities, but she’s not anything concrete, to the fandom, the characters or the writers. they really suffered in not defining summer from the off beyond the generic ideal of ass kicker mom who does mom things & is dead.
