luckily i have a glitch-free copy of scarlet somehow and i have to say this is by far my favourite pokemon game to date- I know it's in style to hate on SV and I guess for good reason considering what the poor devs went through and the state the game came out in. I think with another year in the oven, the game would be as glitch free as a 3D game can get. However I think that's all that needs fixing. The stories are well written to me, all of the characters are charming in their own ways (even the team star grunts are written in a way that makes me happy, they have unique dialogue) and the character designs are cool. Even what they did with the professors in the end is really, really cool. SV is simultaneously the best the pokemon series has ever been in terms of storywriting and character and the worst its been for reputation and glitchiness. It's a horrible shame that all of the absolutely fantastic aspects of SV are being overlooked because it's glitched to all hell
sidenote: i have never played the objectively best gen, gen5. I know that it's better, but nothing will ever be gen5.
sidenote2: I ALSO THINK THE CUSTOMIZATION COULD BE BETTER THESE UNIFORMS ARE UGLY.
