his most defining moment is probably when he went against his mom, just because both his priorities and moral code completely changed. he went from seeking his parents' approval to the point that he would destroy anyone else he cared about to betraying his parents to protect those he cared about most.
my favorite moment of his is probably when he drunkenly agreed to dress up as grapes with alex for halloween and instead of saying he was drunk and that shouldn't count he just shrugged and did it for the bit lmao

he's definitely more hung up on the details. he often doesn't see the harm or benefit in his and others' behaviors until it's pointed out to him, and he's a heavy perfectionist.
