Writing is hard.

So is drawing.

So is every. Single. Creative pursuit.

It’s hard and frustrating and maddening sometimes.

But it’s so much fun.

You know what makes it less fun?

People telling you to stop because they think you’re “meh.”

If you’re having fun, keep having fun.

The people who tell you to stop are … misguided.

I love them too because they’re writers and they have good intentions.

But they’re wrong.

Keep writing.

Keep growing.

Keep telling us the stories we don’t know yet.
