Back on it.
I was all sorts of ‘off plan’ yesterday. Minimal movement. A huuuuuge lunch out (burger, fries and chocolate cake with cream!) then a box of chocolates at home aaaand sausage rolls as tea.
But today.
Back on plan. Waiting to see if I get any work - I was offered some but I’m not qualified or confident enough to do what they wanted me to do - seeing if I’m lucky enough to get something else.
If not mum and I are gonna go out and do walking. I’ve had fruit and yogurt for breakfast and I’m feeling so sleepy and a bit ill after all the sugar yesterday so a walk in the great outdoors would be good!
Brunch: one potato chopped up small, mushrooms, onions, spinach, tomato and sweet corn with a fried egg. Syn free, speedy and very filling.

The weekend - day "God only knows"
So it’s been a while since I’ve posted and since then, ive fallen off the wagon, been hit by it, dragged along the ground and then reversed over! But that is behind me… And the past 2 days ive really enjoyed being on plan. Trying to get back into the habit of recording things again to stay on track
Sat Brunch - NuMe Cumberland sausages x3 (3), bacon medallions, mushrooms, onions, beans, eggs, Tato cubes. 2 tsp sugar - (2) Tea - nandos - spice mix (2) , sauce (1.5) , salt (0.5), HEA and HEB Fruit and yog - (1) = 10
Sun Bfast - sausage (2), bacon, onion, mushroom, tato cubes, eggs, beans Roll (HEB) Lunch - chicken and pepper skewers, salad and salad dressing (7) Tea - Sw curry; chicken, bn squash, mushrooms, onions. Rice. Syn free riata. 2.5 bilash poppadoms (5) Yoghurts and fruit (1) = 15
Quick update after Monday's weigh in! I'm chuffed!
A very small loss but I've been dancing around a stone of losses for a while now so I'm glad to have hit the hurdle and to keep on track
