Quick update after Monday's weigh in! I'm chuffed!
A very small loss but I've been dancing around a stone of losses for a while now so I'm glad to have hit the hurdle and to keep on track
Quick dinner - veetee jasmine rice for 1syn. Added speed. 💪🏻
Monday's weigh in 🙊 0.5 lbs to my stone award ! Not far for my club 10 either !
Walked all the way to group and forgot to bring everything so they have to do me a duplicate 😅 .... It's weigh in time 😖
This is my only before and after because I don’t let people take lengthways photos of me because I stand awkwardly and don’t let people take long photos - if I do I hide at the back.
Example- the cardigan in the left photo is not against my back and makes me look wider.
BUT whilst the left photo is unflattering I can visibly see the approx 13 lbs I’ve lost in the last 6 months. And I feel like I need to remind myself of that. I am wearing the same top in both photos and it’s actually a bit big now 😊

Bending to fit in the not so full length mirror 😂🤓 I've not felt this good in a long time. Getting there 💪🏻 Thinking of starting running as part of body magic to support my losses but I've always been too self conscious, I think I'm getting to a stage where I'll be proud to run down the street and sweat my ass off for what I want 👌🏻

Resolutions aren't just for the new year
But it's a fab time to start.
Personally I cut down my cigarette intake over the last week or so. Only by a few a day. Today it's 7 pm and I'm smoking my 2nd cigarette. I haven't used an ecig so far (but I own one) I plan to stop smoking come February not being too reliant on the ecig so I can be completely done by August. It won't be easy but I don't want that on my mind come the wedding.

Wanted a fry up but had no suitable speed so went for sw sausages, mixed into spaghetti loops saving room for a big bowl of speed (grape and apple) yum!

Let's get this straight, girls:
Cardio: Required for fat loss. HIIT is said to be the most effective cardio for fat loss.
Strength/Weight training: Required for toning and definition. You won’t get abs or lean-looking legs without strong muscles. Lift heavy.
Good nutrition: Required for all of the above. Always remember, 70% diet, 30% exercise. Keep your intake in check.
The “Beach Body” requires all three of these elements. No matter how much cardio you do, if you eat like shit and do no strength work, you will not get the toned, lean, slim body you are after. If you eat fantastically, but do zero exercise, your body won’t really do an awful lot of changing.
