Watching Maul Shadow Lord and I can't stop thinking about how it's a shame that Maul did not try to take baby Lila (my star wars OC) as an apprentice cause she would have said yes after two seconds of hearing his tragic backstory monologue

Today’s food choices..... Breakfast - 40G Wheat Shreds with Skimmed Milk as needed a filling breakfast prior to my exam. Aim for this year is to try and not use my heA and heB for breakfast but to save them for during the day. Lunch was a subway salad minus the olives and cheese, I always go for chicken breast as know this is syn-free (apart from the southwest sauce) Dinner, I decided to try the slimming world beef lasagne available from Iceland and I really enjoyed it. Definitely filling but takes a hour to cook in the oven - so not a quick dinner option. I teamed this with lots of speed foods. My favourite speed food for the moment has to be beetroot. I am obsessed and if I can eat it with a meal I will.
Had some left over soft tacos so I made them into breakfast pies. 🔹eggs 🔹beans 🔹mushrooms 🔹bacon 🔹cheese Using the cheese as your HE,these beauties are 4.5 syns 😍
A 4lb loss this week so that is a total loss of 4 stone 5lbs.I am surprised as I didn't think that the extra easy sp plan was that effective but I'm happy to be proven wrong.I am glad to be able to have normal slimming world food again so I had prawn curry for dinner with reduced fat naan bread and for an extra special treat I had a few kinder choco bons...okay I had like 6 but it was a treat. So going forward into the next slimming week,I will be going back to my fruit bowl with yoghurt in the morning,I will be keeping the salads for lunch and I will alternate dinners from normal plan meals to extra easy sp meals.I am also considering keeping my cups of tea down to one a day and keeping the lemon & honey or fruit teas. All in all the extra easy sp meal plan has helped me to reassess my current eating habits and forced me to get creative,it's re affirmed my love for the normal slimming world plan and it's given me a new focus. Not bad for a meal plan.
Good morning from another bitterly cold Uk. I've decided that I will not allow myself to feel bad about last nights small gain at weigh in,today is a new day and the start of a new weight loss week. I picked up an extra easy sp food plan last night so I'm gonna give that a go this week. The extra easy sp plan is only eating speed foods, free foods and protein foods. The emphasis being on the speed foods and no syns. Going to keep my water intake high and my exercise the sane.Zumba is back on Monday and I can't wait to get back to it! Let's go!
Post weigh in brunch. I couldn't finish it all, but I was full of speedy food and protein.
Brunch today: potato and vegetable hash with spicy passatta sauce and 30g of hard cheese.
Syn free chickpea and veg curry. Delicious.
