After a morning workout, I studied immunology and pathology, but couldn’t finish the chapter yet. This afternoon, I had some time for creative writing, and to write an essay for an online course I’m doing. Still got two chapters to read for a class tomorrow.

It was an incredibly nice day and I thought I should start a “100 days of productivity” to keep myself motivated!

Today I did a workout and had my first therapy session over the phone during the morning. It’s so important to me to keep up with my therapy, and feeling comfortable with this new way made my day! Besides that, I made an English revision and a writing task in which I wrote about the Internet as a way to connect us in a time we need to stay apart. For the end of the day, I have an online flexibility class and will finish analysing some data from my research. With that, I will be able to complete the goals I established for today on my bujo. This is my first time using it so, YAY!

I wasn’t feeling very energized these last two weeks, so I didn’t push myself to study hard, however, I was very productive working on a novel I started a few months ago and practising to get flexible lol This morning I had an English class and I’m reading some articles to write an essay!

Just had an online English class this morning, after a 65min morning yoga flow - I’m an “online yoga retreat”! I’m trying to write a text every week to practice the language as I’m just having one online class from university - too much bureaucracy to deal with it before we start something... Anyway, I feel that it’s helping me a lot to feel more confident!

Today I still have some data from my research to analyse and I will do at least 1h of my online course. Later, I'll have an online floor work class with a teacher from a different pole dance studio and I’m looking forward to it, she seems AWESOME.
