One week completed. Took a weather rest day yesterday, but got back out again today. Still doing level 1, but being consistent is key. Counting down to the convention and getting to both cosplay and wear my Lolita fashion. I think I will give the one punch man workout another go. I think I could walk 10km without to much trouble as long as I include the walk to the gym as part of it. 

The other stuff I will need to build up to. Considering my lack of muscle and the 91kg that is me push ups are evil. Squats aren’t too bad and sit ups are ok for the most part too.
