Absolutely 100000%. I mean, they met one (1) time and Daken became totally obsessed with him and Bobby wasn't even trying. Not that I think he would like, try to seduce Daken or anything, although now I desperately want that because it would be hilarious. That or have him bust out the ice flowers and Beginner Japanese like he did for Opal back in the day:
Actually, maybe he could seduce Daken with the "sweetheart" and the Blue Steel smolder in the last panel. He should at least try.
But yeah, we've seen Daken be a sucker for cute repressed Silver Age boys who are nice to him, even all the way back when he was firmly a villain (hello, Johnny!). And in recent years, we've seen Daken trying a couple of times to have a genuine emotional connection with a romantic partner (Aurora, Boom Boom). So if Bobby demonstrated genuine care and affection, PLUS Daken's pre-existing inclination towards cute aggression when it comes to Bobby? That man is COOKED.
