A set of 3 commissions for @minion-of-the-east Mommy Opal Sweater Opal and Faunus Ruby This was the first time I tried my new coloring technique on Opal and I think it turned out pretty good!

Hey another fusion! This one is named St-…opal..fire…..zanite….ate….Stopfire? Opevffy? Sapheval? I don’t know.For now I am calling them StaffyThe fact that she is the color of an easter egg is 100% unrelated to the fact that today is easter I swear.
So how does "back to the barn" work in your AU since it centers around Pearl and Peridot?

In a lot of the perma-Opal AUs I’ve seen, Pearl is the one who picks up Ame and spins her, and that just never seemed right to me. You don’t have to reply to this or anything, I just really wanted to tell you I liked that. :) RapidsArtwork: Yeah, I’ve seen that too, it makes sense since Amethyst is so much smaller than Pearl. I actually had trouble animating it since Pearl’s legs kept like, scraping the ground. But to me it just makes sense, Pearl never takes the lead in the fusion dances (Garnet throws her, Amethyst Dips her, Rose Twirls her.) And besides, I just pictured Amethyst being so happy to see her Pearl again that she just charges at her with a big bear hug and starts twirling her around.
