All this talk about hand worship and Dracula shoving his fingers in Renfields mouth is good, good stuff, but consider.

Dracula giving that sort of affection in return. Say he's feeling generous. Allowing Renfield to caress his face.

Renfield uses his thumbs to nudge Dracula's lips upwards to get a good look at his teeth.
