Hey, chat, I need your help

At today's therapy, therapist asked what made us think we're a system

And I kid you not, no thoughts behind those eyes

She read smth from her phone, we agreed and corrected her on that but those were only ICD/DSM symptoms, which are very important tho!

But I need more indicators

And as I said, no thought, brain blank when asked, I want to ask you guys to maybe share what made you think you have CDD/DID/OSDD

I won't use them but maybe they will help me collect my thoughts and be able to tell the therapist next time
