Random OTP Prompts I Thought of:
as a certified yapper and professional shipper, i spend too much time thinking of prompts and aus for my beloved ships, and i have a LOT of them as a result. I don't think I'll ever get enough motivation to write all of these, so i guess i'm sharing them here now because i have absolutely no idea what to do with them! Feel free to use them, I'd love to see what you make!
Some of these are (very heavily) inspired by different movies and tv shows I've watched, and I will credit the names of them at the end of the prompt if it is inspired by anything <3

Character A is an idol who's from an extremely popular group. Their entire on stage personality revolves around them being a flirtatious person. Character B is their stylist/manager, and is absolutely fed up with the constant flirtation.

Character A and Character B have been friends since childhood. A is constantly crushing on random people they meet, and B is an amazing wingman, but each time A proposes to their crushes, they keep failing. As this continues, A starts to realize they're actually madly in love with B, and it's unlike any of their previous crushes because they seriously cannot imagine a life without B. However, when A confesses, B rejects them. They later find out that B was in love with them since childhood, but seeing how A moved from one crush to another so quickly, they never believed A would truly love them. Now A has to get B to actually believe that this time, this isn't just a crush.

Out of convenience, A marries their best friend B. However, their marriage turns out to be a nightmare since they are not really in love with B. A meets an old flame from their past and that is what pushes them to finally ask to get a divorce. On A's way to court, they meet some sort of magical entity that grants them a wish to rewind time to before they married B with the condition that they do not mention the terms of this rewind to anyone, for if they do, then they will be transported to the original timeline once more. A happily accepts this and the time rewind happens. A is happy at first, pursuing their old flame and living their best life, but they start to feel like they miss their old life with B. However, B is already engaged and set to marry someone else. One night, before B's marriage, A spills everything about the time rewind, and they're transported back to their original timeline. Now, A has to convince B not to divorce them.

(this one is a lil cliche, but whatever)
A is a cheerleader/jock/popular kid. B is the library helper. A is well loved by everyone in the school, however they're really bad at studying. ONe day they go to the library to try and study and become increasingly agitated when they don't understand anything in the material. B is working at that time, and offers to help them learn. THey become good friends, but A is completely oblivious to how obviously in love B is with them, A is also crushing on B, but they're just too dumb to realize it. B gives them a note confessing everything one day, but before A can read it, A's friend steals it and spreads it around the school. B is humiliated and stops talking to A.
A confronts their friend and they get into a pretty nasty fight. B finds them in the middle of the fight and rushes to pull A away.
They patch A up silently, but eventually B learns the truth of what actually happened, and A confesses that they never got to read the letter at all.
