-Logan’s the witch, Patton’s the witch-in-training-Virgil’s a thief who steals from sucky places (like stores that bleach their excess food so homeless can’t eat it, that sort of thing) out of necessity-Mostly for his younger brother, Roman, who thinks Virgil goes to college (he doesn’t) and doesn’t steal (he does)-Their dad is a non-TS character, who’s… well, he’s not abusive or anything. But he’s an alcoholic and outside of keeping the bills paid he doesn’t do much for them; hence Virgil stealing. He could find a way to survive on nothing, but Roman? He’s not forcing that onto his bro-Patton’s roughly Roman’s age, and Deceit’s his older brother. This be sympathetic Deceit territory don’t worry.-Remy’s a friend of Virgil. They’re also a thief (a genderfluid thief at that), and they help Virgil run his own jobs. When things go poorly, Remy’s there to get him out of the police station (and remind him he’s always welcome to steal from their fridge to make sure he and Roman eat)-Virgil spots Logan on a roof in the middle of a job, getting caught when he’s thrown off guard by watching this glowing boy literally vanish-Remy helps him figure out which apartment Logan was standing on, and after a while, Virgil tracks Logan down-I don’t have too much from here though-I forgot: Remy and Deceit know each other.-They’ve taken over being Virgil’s guardian figures because damn the boy needs some-They’re together tho I don’t remember if I went romantic or qpr-Probs qpr-The last thing I have to say is not that important but I thought it was super cool of a plot point: Logan’s trans, and it’s a conflict point in the story. why?-Logan’s mom, also a witch, doesn’t accept Logan as trans because ‘all witches are female’-Logan tells everyone he’s living proof that ‘all witches are born female’-Sounds stupid ik but I thought the little technical difference was cool
