"Yeah, Ruby" seems like the evolved version of "you wait here for ruby, I'll meet up with blake". Maybe I'm overthinking that line in vol. 3, but it's always rubbed me wrong, like Yang's been worried about her sister during a literal terrorist attack but now she drops it? Maybe it's how it was written, and that it could've easily been "Okay Weiss, catch your breath. I'll go see if Blake's seen her". Sorry, it's been years but I'll never shut up about that scene. It bugs me so much.
