Ideas for Star Wars content that would have been better than the sequel trilogy.
Taking place thirty years after the death of the Emperor and the collapse of the Empire, Luke Skywalker is overseeing the growth of a new Jedi Order on their ancient homeworld of Tython. Alongside his wife, former Inquisitor Mara Jade, Luke does his best to revive the dying embers of the order with help from familiar faces like Cal Kestis and Ahsoka Tano.
However, trouble brews on Tython. The Jedi find themselves caught between the local Thythonian tribes, with whom they hold a tenuous alliance, and a colony of Alderaanian refugees who happened to be off-world when their planet was destroyed by the Death Star.
The Tythonian Tribes tolerate the Jedi since their order originated on Tython and thus are seen as a returning tribe rather than invaders. The Alderaanian Refugees, however, are treated with hostility by the locals who fear this is the prelude to a wide spread colonization effort by the New Alliance.
Enter unto this conflict: Rey: a young force sensitive girl Luke found when she was very young, Owen Skywalker: Luke’s son with Mara Jade, and Baila Solo: Leia and Han’s daughter.
Baila sympathizes with the refugees since Alderaan was her mother’s homeworld, Owen sympathizes with the tribes since he know history and understands how quickly refugees can become colonizers, and Rey wants to find a way to satisfy everyone.
These three young padawans must unite when remnants of the Old Empire led by a deranged former Inquisitor find their way to Tython.
The Imperial Remnants start to sew discord between the tribes and the refugees, and the Jedi must unite both sides to drive the Remnants away and make peace on their world.
The Second Order, a rouge state/terrorist organization created from the remnants of the Old Empire, is conducting attacks on the Outer Rim, trying to gain a foothold and establish themselves in a legitimate way. As they do this, they kidnap children and brainwash them into being their soldiers.
One of these Stormtroopers is FN-2187. But everything changes for FN-2187 when they are ordered to fire on civilians and he cannot bring himself to shoot.
Allying with a captured Alliance pilot named Poe Dameron, Fn-2187, named Finn by Poe, escapes, and is declared a traitor by the Second Order. But it’s too late, Finn’s rebellion has planted a seed.
Recognized as Force Sensitive, Poe takes Finn to Tython where he recieves training from Luke and makes friends with Rey, Owen and Baila. As he does, seeds of rebellion start to grow among the Stormtroopers of the Second Order.
At first it’s just one or two runnaways, but slowly something starts to grow within the ranks. Whispered words and shared concerns. Those who want to fight back, and they find friendship and family with each other. The Second Order is beginning to rot from within as more soldiers begin to break away from the brainwashing and propoganda.
It all comes to a head when Finn returns, now a trained Jedi, alongside Poe, and finds a secret rebellion waiting for him.
“We all knew it was wrong. What we were doing. But you... you were the first one to do something about it. The Stormtrooper who didn’t shoot.”
Finn received his first name when he left the Second Order. He receives his second when he returns to destroy it.
Stormbreaker. Finn Stormbreaker.
Tifa Venta is a young Zeltron girl, and a Force Sensitive. Forced to flee her home when the Second Order comes calling to kidnap her and turn her into a weapon, Tifa knows she needs to get to Tython where she will be safe among the Jedi. But being a near penniless vagabond, she doesn’t have a lot of prospects, and the Second Order is closing in.
Enter Hawk, a mysterious stranger with a sealed lightsaber whom Tifa meets while fleeing the Madalorians that the Second Order hired to help capture her. While at first dismissive of her, Hawk seems to compulsively help her when he realizes her story, and promises to get her to Tython.
Among the Madalorians is Temjin Na’Khan, a warrior who fights with a pure Beskar sword, and finds himself bored of a world that seems to offer no challenges. However, he becomes obsessed with Hawk when he kills two Madalorians while refusing to draw his lightsaber.
What follows is a chase across the galaxy as Hawk desperately tries to get Tifa to Tython while dodging danger at ever step.
Eventually, Hawk’s backstory is revealed. He was an Imperial Inquisitor who began training at the age of ten, rather unusual. Hawk broke when, in the course of his duty, was ordered to kill two children of an enemy senator. Hawk obeyed the order.
Following that, he sealed his lightsaber and fled the empire, resolving to find a place to die in the Outer Rim.
Eventually, Tifa is kidnapped by the Second Order, and Hawk rushes to her rescue. In the course of the battle, Hawk finally draws his crimson lightsaber, and frees Tifa, culminating in a final clash with Temujin.
