Ozpin always addressing Oscar by his first name, even the first time they met. But still calling his former students by their last names just fucks me up so bad.

Ozpin: *walks outside* ...
Ozpin: *stares up at James and Salem, megaphone in hand* ....
Ozpin: *takes a breathe* Whoever decided to put their hands on my kid—
Oscar: *buries his face in Ozpin’s coat*
Ozpin: Please come outside so I can’t peacefully break your legs....

Here it is! A murder mystery featuring Ozdad, RWBY, moral questions, and pairings.
babie on maths homework what he do
I just fell in love with baby Oscar and Ozdad. Thnks to @bravenurse and @lieu-rey for feeding me with such amazing content. ♥
Rewatching RWBY right now and noticing how soft Ozpin’s voice gets later on when he speaks to Oscar compared to his initial interactions with him.
Initially he sounds firm and authoritative and there’s a distance in the way he speaks to Oscar. But when he returns in volume 8 he sounds so much more kinder and sympathetic:
“I understand”
“Oscar stay calm, it’s going to be okay.”
“Thank you Oscar.”
