I made a local favorite tonight! It’s called a burrito enchilada style from a place called Mexican Villa. I’m making mine with some @papavalleywagyu wagyu ground beef seasoned with @fiestaspices Taco Seasoning, @rosarita_bean refried beans with some Fiesta Spices Pinto Bean seasoning added, @hyvee Carolina Reaper shredded cheese, Fiesta Spices Enchilada Sauce, lettuce and tomato. My wife wanted ground turkey in hers. These turned AMAZING! So. Damn.
