Elevate your burger game with this flavorful Jalapeno Popper Burger made using Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base. The creamy cream cheese, spicy jalapeno, and crispy bacon create a perfect balance of flavors.
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 1 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cream cheese. 4 slices of jalapeno peppers fresh or pickled. 4 slices of crispy bacon. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Lettuce, tomato, and onion for garnish. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat. Put the ground beef and Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base in a bowl and mix them together. Mix it well, then use your hands to make 4 burger patties. Add salt and pepper to taste to the patties. The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Put a slice of cream cheese on top of each patty in the last minute of grilling and let it melt a bit. On the grill, toast the hamburger buns until they get a little brown. Put a patty with cream cheese on top of the bottom half of each bun to make the burgers. Add a slice of jalapeno pepper, a slice of crispy bacon, and some shredded cheddar cheese to the top of the patty. On top, put slices of lettuce, tomato, and onion. To finish putting it together, put the top half of the bun on top of the burger. Enjoy your tasty Jalapeno Popper Burger while it's still hot!
