Honestly, it gets interesting when you cross into Neurogenic territory.
It is because simple states such as trauma vs endo are not so simple.
Plurality is not a one-sided conversation.
And if you want to dominate the conversation in terms of thinking you have absolute authority, you have no spine.
Everyone is different.
At the end of the day, you and I are operating out of survival.
Survival of the ultimate destructive system that kills us all.
We should be in solidarity, not at war.
Question for you when you have the time/energy, my created headmates seem to not necessarily have a separate memory bank from me, the host. As in, when we think about when they may have come to be, it feels more like my own memories and guesses rather than their own experiences. We believe it's typical for systems created with tulpamancy to share a memory bank—is it also typical for tulpas to not have a solid sense of "their" vs the host's memories?
To increase that feeling of separateness in your thoughts, try checking out parallel processing! I link a couple guides here but it's an easy topic to find more about. It's generally pretty advanced so it's normal for yall to feel that way while still in the initial creation process. Being able to identify whose thoughts are whose will come with time, but practicing parallel processing helps with it a TON.
So we heard back from Dr. Michael Lifshitz. He had something medical come up and he had to take almost half a year off, but he's better now and back to working on the tulpa paper. He's going to talk to Tanya Lurhmann about coordinating doing an AMA, which is exciting.
Also exciting is this:
We'd love to hear from both the tulpa and general plural community thoughts on this, so we can get those back to Micheal.
Pinging @sophieinwonderland - if I recall correctly, you've mentioned a few games before that are great for training parallel processing. Can you, or anyone else, reply with links to posts about those or at least just the names of those games? Thanks in advance! :)

About your last ask (abt headspaces)--do you think it's possible for a monoconscious system to become... not monoconscious? And go to an inner world when they're not fronting? Because we don't want to but it seems like we just stop existing when we're not up front and we'd all just rather go hang out in a library somewhere and play Minecraft (rotate Minecraft Steve in our head)
I have no idea if it’s possible or if someone has ever been successful at it, but you could try using tulpa parallel processing guides, like this one
a different anon - can someone link some parallel processing resources plz? trying to do the counting is really hard (and depressing if there's no results) and a game I saw before doesn't work now bcuz flash is defunct
Sure! Outside of general guides, this is the only real dedicated guide to parallel processing: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Htb-QkrSu8_vBfLnfF_e_bngU0xZTqmDtM-KOtHmiZY/edit
If you are okay with combing through general guides that have sections on parallel processing, let us know and we can link you to some other resources.
