i recently reblogged something, jokingly saying it'd be "me as a therapist" and it really had me thinking. i'm already very much into psychology/related stuff in that field, and i'm a paraphile. i could use that to my advantage in order to help fellow paraphiles that are seeking treatment. (in the assumption i ever go far in the psych field)

i don't personally suffer from my paraphilias that much, but there are already so little professionals that treat paraphiles / even want to treat paraphiles (that are actively seeking help for it if they suffer), and it's even rarer that they see them as real human beings that aren't bad people. i desire so much to take part in changing that
