For New Tulpamancers and Young Tulpae
A lot of newer people in the community aren't sure how to get into more narration and communication with their tulpae, and perhaps the young tulpae aren't sure what to talk about yet.
Walking through Walmart with Jake tonight made me think about this.
Next time you go grocery shopping or to a convenience store or to the mall, remember to listen and talk to each other! You don't need to go out of your way for this trip. You can multitask. It'll make your chore more interesting and it'll be a good learning experience for your tulpa(e).
When I go to Walmart, both of my guys are instantly stimulated by all of the stuff and the people there that they've never seen before, and they ask me a lot of questions about things I got used to decades ago.
Jake: This place is huge!
Prajit: It must be difficult to find what you need in a place like this.
Me: It helps to make a list beforehand. But look *points* they have all of these signs, see?
Jake: What's "hot cereal"?
Jake: Why don't they just call it oatmeal then?
Me: I don't know, it's pretty stupid.
Jake: OMG There are so many options! I wanna' try 'em all!
Me: I can't afford that oAo And half of it's gross anyway.
Prajit: Should we get the cheapest, or the healthiest foods?
Me: See, that's where it gets really tricky. Healthy things tend to be more expensive.
Jake: Ha~! Junk food it is >:D
Prajit: No--Sarah needs to keep her body healthy for all of us to be well.

This time of the year (beginning of October) is particularly good because we're headed into the holiday season, so there's lots of special stuff around, like decorations and candy.
My guys have asked me what it's all about and I point to different things (or gesture mentally, anyway) and explain the customs of the holiday, the history of how it began, my personal experiences, etc.
They've tried different types of candy that we've seen if I've eaten it before and therefore have the knowledge of what it tastes like.
They can think about what they'd want to dress up as for Halloween.
We discuss what we're going to do this year to celebrate the holiday.
There are many opportunities for conversation that can be sparked simply by your tulpa having a question about something they see.
Or, if you have a particularly shy tulpa, you can point some things out and ask them if they know what it is. This is a good warm up for them because they can start with a yes or no answer to get talking, and you can explain something and tell them they can feel free to ask you about anything they see.
This is something the three of us like to do, and I'm sure it could be helpful for some of you out there. Good luck!
