In a not shocking un-turn of events, the Michaels in my neighborhood did not have the correct yarn, but this is by the same company, is the same weight, and basically all the same as the one I used to write the pattern with a different name. Today I went to the museum and I enjoyed it very much. It is always very inspiring how much work some people put into their art. Speaking of work: In the past few days I made a lot of progress on the pattern for the little slipover I wore today. It is one of the most practical items I ever made and I always feel both comfortable and pretty wearing it. I am aiming for 18 sizes with this one, but - as you probably know if you have been here for a while - I won't make any promises until the pattern went through techincal editing. I have decided to commit myself to reopening my Etsy shop on Friday. So what am I doing instead of taking pictures, writing descriptions, and getting everything set up?
