had horrific nightmares last night and didn’t sleep at all and somehow slept too much 😭😭

today everyone goes back to the job i don’t have to go back to and im so grateful that i don’t have to deal with it, but my brain is still in a full panic that im not prepared to go back.

and Im not prepared to go back, because i don’t have to, because 🐻 husband has got us while i go to school and heal 💖 and i just have to keep telling myself that

im so grateful i have therapy twice a week because that is so helpful and it makes me feel so much better

gonna drink my chai and play some hello kitty island adventure 💖💖💖
