One last #redo for the #christmaspolechallenge before I post my final one is #day3 #pdrussianlayback which I thought I wasn’t going to be able to do... but a simple tip from @tiphaine_pol and @poletricksnkalechips showing me again and some moral support and help re-centering my pole from @popofgray it happened! I was shocked. This is why challenges are cool! Thanks @melania_poledance and @diamondpolewear for hosting and keeping me on my toes trying new stuff! #russianlayback

R for #christmaspolechallenge was a challenge haha so here are my first ever #pdrussianlayback attempts were a fail... then I tried some #pdreversegrab action which doesn’t work well in this room and then tried a #pdrainbow which if I did it correctly to the photo I saw, is esssentially a cross knee release haha so idk but I tried!! @melania_poledance @diamondpolewear
