Crack fic idea - the version of Team 7/Team Kakashi where I pretend they’re besties gets thrown into the Boruto timeline and causes chaos.

The Boruto cast would have like five migraines at once meeting them. By the time Boruto rolls around the adults mellowed out and have responsibilities. The version of Team 7 I’d throw at them would be from the blank period, way before they have responsibilities. They’re like 18 and crave chaos-

Also Canon Team 7 isn’t as close as I like to pretend they could have been.

Like imagine the whiplash they’d get about all four teens not having a concept of personal space with each other where they don’t even hug each other regularly. Especially if it’s Sai and Sasuke. The adults just walk in on Sai coming Sasukes hair while he reads something. Like really domestic shit. Sakura and Naruto are probably play fighting to get some excess energy out- or arguing about what to get go dinner. Sakura doesn’t want Ramen again. Probably both.

Team 7 thinks the adult versions are weird. Like really weird. What do you mean you don’t hug? Cuddles? You don’t paint each others nails? What about gossip night?

Team 7 also being really bad role models for the kids. The adults think it’s a good idea for a few hours until something is blown up.
