Elucien Week Day 3: Peak Yearning

I didn’t get to finish this piece I was working on, in time for today, but I thought I’d share the unfinished version anyway!! Obviously most of it is just sketches and the painting isn’t finished (you can see by how Lucien is just flat colour and Elain is half finished 🥲) but I hope you guys like it anyway and hopefully I’ll finish it one day !!!

It’s based on my favourite scene from pride and prejudice (2005) , the movie always gives me elucien vibes, with how Elizabeth is avoidant of Darcy (even telling him he’s the last man on earth she would marry…very much giving “I don’t want a mate”), yet he yearns for her.

The hand flex scene is iconic and I can totally see something like that happening with Elucien and I can’t wait !!!

Thank you Juan Miguel for your beautiful rendition of Azriel and Nesta. You took my inspiration of Anakin Skywalker's pained face and converted it into Azriel's tortured expression, including his and Nesta's body language.

I just want to thank the wonderful people that have allowed this week to be possible! It is so fun sharing with you all this fic as well as seeing the wonderful contributions this community has made!

The self made, independent, Elain Archeron is happy with her life.

She has a newly acquired house, a stable job, and a boyfriend. She is happy in her “living alone era”. At least that is what she tells herself as she holds tight to the strange warmth that greets her whenever she feels most alone… which is most nights.

The last thing she expects is a ghost with hair like a living flame and alluring russet eyes trapped within its walls. So, what is she to do when he appears, as cunning as a fox, to upturn her life?

Episode 4 ending

Ilya's teammate (Cliff?) thinks that Ilya was up all night. Which means he thinks he went home with a girl. Which means he didn't go back to his room with his teammate. Which means that my theory about that shower scene that everyone has been talking about might be right. It's a hotel room. One we've seen before. Not Shane's place.

Ilya went to a hotel they've stayed at before. One they've used to fuck. He got a room. The room they've fucked in. He jerked off in the shower. The shower he blew Shane in.

Never doubt the amount of yearning Ilya fucking Rosanoz is capable of, this man is down so fucking bad for Shane Hollander
