Agent Peggy Carter fought alongside Captain Steve Rogers for longer than anyone, with the possible exception of his childhood best friend Sergeant Bucky Barnes.
In early 1944, badly injured while on a mission with the Howling Commandos deep behind enemy lines, she received an emergency blood transfusion from the only available person with a compatible blood type: Captain Rogers.
Recovering far more quickly than anybody could have hoped, she soon discovered that she was stronger, faster, and harder to injure than anybody but Captain America himself. And thus, Captain Britain was born.
Partners in every sense of the word, the two supersoldiers were believed lost when they sacrificed themselves to save millions of lives by crashing Johann Schmidt’s aircraft into the North Atlantic in 1945. However, they were unexpectedly recovered alive in 2011, ready to face the unknown future together.

I literally cannot get over Endgame’s ending... Cap really got the ending he deserved. Finally had his dance with Peggy 😭 I bawled both times I watched the movie on that part from both happiness and sadness. Thank you marvel for giving us the gift of Cap and the rest of the MCU over the last 10 years...
