What if John Mulaney was the next Doctor Who? One episode John need to drive a car because the TARDIS is, once again, spewing fog and hotter than the back of a sweating hog during an Arizona Summer day after their regeneration and has to recharge and redecorate. John can’t drive, so the bit where he says that he backs out of a turn-around is re-enacted with a roundabout. (Bonus points if there is an Easter egg where there is an old dog driving with a phone duct-taped to the steering wheel and a smoothie on the dash.)

Maybe there could be another episode where a group of the Doctors cross paths again on a Christmas special after a huge something [ voiced by John in his LoOk At ThEsE cUrVy LeTtErS voice ] invades the Earth, but John isn’t the hero and kind of gets beat up in the process, probably captured by the Robot Human Checker guys and has to be saved by Jodie, Capaldi, and Jodie’s companions from an alternate timeline.

His new companion is his wife because every Doctor needs someone to put them in the right order. (“Let’s see if ____ works better?” “Doctor, your driving is terrible, let me drive.”) The two would just be themselves because that’s just who they are.

Seeing Jodie in the outfit Peter wore is really heart breaking and it just feels wrong. I know it’s her clothing as he is gonna become her but it feels ... wrong.
