random daily log: 16-04-25 🍙 💻 🏋🏻♀️
Depression made me wake up late, but I worked like crazy in the following hours and managed to maintain a balance between rest and work. I went a bit heavy on my workout and my legs hurt so much that I can’t drive, so I'm going to skip my class today.
today’s accomplishments:
🏋🏻♀️ full body workout
💻 finished tasks that I’ve been procrastinating on for at least a month
👔 office work
💡 very useful brainstorming time
🧘🏻♀️ 10 min meditation
❤️ rewatched the first two episodes of travel the world on EXO’s ladder S4
i realized i needed to make a new introductory post so here we go !

January 2026 inventory
First week of winter semester, year 2!
My classes are all very much fine :p
My prof for existentialism has been stranded somewhere with an illness, so I've yet to have class, but it'll be lots of fun (I'm taking it with my bf; we always try to take one philosophy course together each semester) im really stoked, this is probably the course I've been most excited for! I also started the Ethics of Ambiguity, so I'm really looking forward to learning more existential ethics!
Symbolic logic is lowkey awesome so far! I've been eager to learn formal logic. also, this baddie who I've been wanting to befriend is in my class >:]
My psych courses are the same as always, pretty easy, but these ones are especially interesting! I'm taking behaviour modification, developmental, and social psych (this one's self taught, asynchronous! My profs are really great, and the material is much more interesting than previous courses. Also, I have behavioral with one of my best friends hehehe.... I was excited to take 3 psych classes this term cause I honestly wanted to just do smthing monotonous and straightforward
New years resolution: become an ascetic monk.
Tbh its going pretty well! I've been implemented a ton of smaller behavioral changes throughout my day to slow down and engage with everything that I do, and everyone I come across, and it's been very fruitful!
Work
I bave 2 jobs this semater, and am working double what I did last semster! 'm consistently working at a new job, and they told me that I'm doing very well, yay. They said I was very impressive and learned quick. One of my other best friends is also the kitchen manager, so i just yap during my shift haha! I FINFALLY GOT PROMOTED TO SERVER AT MY SHIT RESTAURANT. the world is in order. I work a fucked up 13hr double shift Saturdays, but I'm surviving. Feeling very #capable
Anniversary!
It's my two year anniversary with my partner on the 14th! I'm so very excited and happy. We're going to a night-time botanical garden, then a fancy fancy French restaurant :) I'm gonna wear this sexy sheer 90's floor-length dress that's black and reminiscent of the one Kate Moss wore to that radiohead show! Im gonna wear a scoop back dance leotard and tights underneath so it's kinda scandalous but tasteful enough for the restaurant.
Im going to make one of these for my man's anniversary present:
I am a very happy happy woman, and more importantly, I feel that I'm on my way to living quite purposefully. Part of my ascetisim, or ig moreso existentialism, is making sure that I'm not devoting my life to happiness, which also means not chasing comfort.the point of the asceticism is to strip myself down to the dirty roots of my being so that I might more clearly determine what's meaningful and worthwhile. I'd like to start some long terms projects, just gotta figure out what :]
