The lucky colors Phu uses in The Boy Next World is based on the Thai lucky colors. In the book, he matches his underwear and PJs to the lucky color of the day. In the workshop photos, we saw Noeul wearing different color cardigans.

Cirrus x Phugun are way too underrated. From all the side couples I really want their story as spin-off the most. Mainly because they are kinda weird and extreme opposites BUT so fluffy at the same time.

Boy Next World Excerpt: Cirrus and Phukan's First Bareback

Timeline Note: This takes place after Phukan's confrontation with Lukprae (for the show, this happened in ep 9)

"Hey," Phukan called softly, hugging Cirrus' neck.

"Hmm, what is it?" Cirrus responded gently, holding Phukan's waist firmly.

"Can you hug me?"

The listener looked surprised and then spoke sternly.

"You're still hurt."

That was enough for Phukan to know that what he had in mind wouldn't happen. So, he pushed himself off the broad lap.

"Phu... Hey, Phu!"

The first time, Cirrus called out in worry that Phukan might be upset, but the next time was in shock at what Phukan was about to do.

The small figure knelt on the carpet, hands moving to unbuckle Cirrus' belt, his pink tongue peeking out at the corner of his mouth, eyes focused on the prominent bulge visible through the dark underwear.

"If you don't do me, then I'll do you."

The little one said, pressing his face against the hot shaft, tilting his cheek up to meet Cirrus' eyes, and smiling sweetly.

"Well?"

The sight made the observer grit his teeth.

"You're still hurt."

"Yeah," Phukan acknowledged, but his bright tongue licked the prominent bulge like a kitten hungry for milk.

Phukan swallowed hard. His face was right at Cirrus' crotch, and his butt... was right at Cirrus' mouth.

Cirrus pulled his finger out, letting Phukan pant heavily, his flushed face turning back to see... Cirrus was close to losing it too.

That look made Phukan take the next action.

His trembling hands moved down and spread his round buttocks apart, revealing his slick, beautiful passage.

The sight left the big guy stunned, especially when Phukan whispered shyly.

They ended BNW in a way where you could go straight into watching TharnType 2 to see more of what Cir and Phu are up to.

I mean, the massive, glaring, obvious problem is it isn't BossNoeul, but if it's the CHARACTERS you want to stick with, they have a pretty strong presence in the story and you can see what Phu is like around his family.

Do the portrayal of Cirrus and Phukan by the actors in Thanrtype 2 resemble Boss and Noeul's portrayal in BNW? Like....if u watch Tharntype 2 now, would u agree that the Cirrus and Phukan there are the same characters u saw in BNW even if the actors are different? How consistent is the general narrative for these characters in both the shows?

I think they are very very similar!

Cirrus in TT2 is a little softer, but I think it is because Type is Family (sort of, he is Tharn's boyfriend). Type is rude to Phu and Cirrus is visibly tense with him after.

The Boy Next World box set added a scene to one episode that is Phu and Cirrus being snuggly in bed, Cir trying to negotiate with Phu to get up. That is a somewhat replica of a TT2 scene, where Cir has to force Phu to get up and go to school.

Cirrus is a househusband, lol. He exists to baby Phu. Everyone does. Even Type falls into the habit of treating him like a child. But you see that more assertive side of him peaking through.

When Tharn and Type are on the outs, Phu is working his little ass off trying to support BOTH of them and help BOTH of them, checking on Tharn while conspiring with Type. He has the key to what really went down, and he tries to talk each off the ledge. Cirrus gets involved too for Phu's sake, which he reminds everyone. Constantly. He likes them all and helps them all for PHU.

So he is still the same social butterfly.

In the other direction, while Cir treats him like a little prince, Phu will taunt Cir into sex often, if anything Cir is the one having to be like "You have school in the morning."

Does Cirrus get along with Phu's cousins in TT2?

Yeah, he's very respectful towards Tharn, and... I don't remember seeing him in a scene with Thorn, but he'll ask Phukan how they are. They are Phu's family, and he loves them because Phu loves them.

If the family need Phukan, Cirrus will hang back and let Phukan handle things, then ask about it when Phu is home. He worries about Phu's family, because he knows Phu worries about them too.

With Type... it's a bit of a toss-up.

Cirrus is warm towards Phu's family, he wants to be liked, he wants Phukan to see that he likes them because it makes Phu happy... But Type can be rude to Phukan sometimes, and Cirrus won't tolerate that. If Type says a harsh word in Phu's direction, DarkCirrus appears FAST.

But if Type is kind to Phu, Cirrus will be kind to him.

At Phu's request, Cirrus even helps Type out by flirting with a man (part of a whole thing). Cirrus HATES that and Phukan has to ride him all night to make it up to him, but he's willing to do it because Type is family in a way, and the overall plan helps Tharn.

I think Cirrus likes Tharn a Hell of a lot more than Type, but he's still doing his best to be part of the family and make Phukan proud of him.
