CAN WE TALK MORE ABOUT THE ICONIC SCENE OF HECATE STOPPING DIMITY’S MUSIC? (Because I can’t stop thinking about it).

Extra reasons why this is so epic: Of course it’s funny,the song is popular,fits perfectly in the moment and it adds to the funny bickering between HB and Drill but:

Dimity only just started showing an interest in music. “Für Elise” is the one song that every,and I mean EVERY, begginer piano player tries to learn (according to piano teachers and my experience as an oncevbegginer piano player). Which is SO Dimity,I can’t even. Of course she’d try to play something different and difficult. Dimity is every student asking “Can I learn how to play it now? I think I’ve got this” and HB is every teacher going “No”. It’s the “Are we there yet?” version of the piano world. Piano teachers probably orgasmed to this.

On a personal note though: My 14 year old gayby ass tried to learn this as a begginer because I had a crush on a girl named Elise. Which makes Dimity gay icon Drill trying to play this all the more hilarious.

Also: Dimity’s face. She was absolutely proud and excited with her “look at my virtuoso ass” expression and then the sadness on her face when Hecate pulled the cover. I can’t get over how TALENTED Shauna Shim is!!

Last but not least: I demand an episode, titled “Für Hecate”where Dimity carries a keyboard around and plays different songs,trying to find one Hecate would like to appease her but HB rebuffs her every time. Eventually Dimity goes “I give up,HB” and Hecabae softens and goes “Why don’t you try this one” suggesting one she likes and stands through Dimity botching it because deep down she’s a soft cookie and appreciates Dimity. HB tells her “It wasn’t...horrible.” A week later Dimity’s magical muscles are deemed fine and she goes back to P.E. She’s ready to go to the yard, sports clothing on, clip folder on one hand,broom in the other when HB appears behind her and says “ I never thought I’d say this but I’m glad to see you doing sports again”. Dimity turns around and raises an eyebrow and HB goes “Your music skills are terrible” and they both laugh.
