grusha and wallace the siblings ever
Grusha was waiting, sitting on a bench in Mesagoza. His brother was visiting Paldea today, bringing their niece along too. Grusha and his brother were kinda polar opposites-- other than the fact they both used ice types. His brother was extremely outgoing and flamboyant, whilst Grusha was closed off and quiet.
Grusha grew impatient, fiddling with his scarf while waiting for the visitors. Though Mesagoza has a vastly different climate then Glaseado Mountain, he was bundled up. He's already gotten a few weird looks from people in the city, but he's ignored them.
Wallace was strutting down the streets of Mesagoza, Lisia behind him. Lisia had Ali out of his Pokéball, and he was taking in the sights. He seemed interested in everything, frantically looking around.
Lisia giggled, "You like this city, huh Ali?"
The altaria chirped back in agreement.
"I wish there were contests here..." Lisia trailed off, "We should visit Sinnoh soon too!" She said, Ali crying in agreement.
Wallace laughed, "The only reason we're out of Hoenn is to visit my brother."
"Ah, speaking of!" He yelled, looking forward at Grusha.
Grusha sighed, getting up. He felt slightly embarrassed that Wallace yelled towards him.
Wallace speeds up, waking to Grusha. "How have you been?" He asks, extending his arms for a hug.
Grusha hugs Wallace, though with much less enthusiasm "Ehh... I've been okay-- I guess."
Ali perched on Grusha's shoulder as a hello, and Lisia gave a wave.
Grusha pet Ali's head as he continued, "How have you guys been?"
"Hoenn hasn't tried to completely collapse again, so that's a plus!" Wallace joked, "Though, Steven has another trip coming up... Champion meeting or whatever, important bullshit-- So I can't stay very long, I'm taking over as champion soon."
"Eh, I'm not gonna worry about that on vacation!" Wallace shoo'd his hands in the air. "Any sights to see?"
"I think you and Lisia would like Levincia. My friend, Iono--" Grusha got cut off,
"You know Iono?!" Lisia exclaimed happily.
"Uhh... Yeah? She's my coworker. She's a gym leader." Grusha awkwardly adjusted his scarf.
"Ooh!!! Levincia it is!" Lisia grinned.
"I think Lisia trumps any other decision on where we're going." Wallace smiled.
The three of them had ordered a flying taxi; the walk to Levincia would have taken ages otherwise. A lot of wild Swablu and Altaria live in Paldea, which made both Lisia and Ali happy.
The sights were a delight to take in, "My only complaint is the lack of water..." Wallace said.
"There's... There is so much water here, Wallace." Grusha spoke with confusion.
"Not enough!" Wallace exclaimed, causing Grusha to face-palm. "Come visit Hoenn one day, you'll be delighted. Water and oceans everywhere you look."
