Grounding

And here we are, hi witches around the world! Today we talking about grounding so let’s get started.

What is grounding? 

Grounding is basically cleaning and releasing the excess of energy as well to renew energy. It can be a huge ritual or a simply visualization, here are some grounding types for my fellow witches!

9 easy ways of grounding for broom closet/teen/broken witches!

a. in the shower! I personally ground myself in the shower by sitting in the floor and feeling how the water touches my body. 

b. Drink a glass of water. This is really easy, drink water and feel how it goes down through your organism. 

c. Breathing exercises!

d. Focus on an intention and breathe, focus in your breathings and visualize energy growing around you, a tree growing, etc.

e. Feel the wind in your face when you go out, feel how it touches your face, eyes, nose, mouth!

f. General meditation.

g. place your hands in the ground (i touch my apartment floor so chill if you can’t go out) and feel how your energy connects to the Earth.

h. Visualize your energy surrounding you, going down.

i. Visualize roots growing around you then visualize your energy going through them. 

 I know its a short af thing but i feel its def necessary to know! My post are dedicated to beginner witches (including myself) so yup. Blessed be pals!
