hey, playlist/music anon here (not sure if you remember me... I'm that guy that was looking for a witch's heart playlist and sent over blow my brains out) just wanted to say thank you again! By any chance do you have a general playlist that I could listen to? I'm just trying to look for some new music and you're the first person I thought of.

i have two absolutely massive General Playlists for two slightly different moods, one titled YOOOOOOOO and the other titled YEEAAAAAHHHHHH because i'm really good at naming things (sarcastic). YOOOOOOO is more of a complete general playlist, though obviously it's missing some things, while YEEAAAAAAAHHHHH is, like, a higher-energy, heavier instruments playlist.

If these are too vague and slightly overwhelming (which i do totally see how they can be, they're both over 200 songs long) i have two slightly smaller playlists that also reflect my music taste pretty well, hellbound heart (46 songs, a chronologically ordered playlist of a story i've been working on) and werewolf gimmick (26 songs, a character playlist for jade harley. like from homestuck) neither of these playlists require knowledge of the things they're about, they're just, like, collections of songs. go ham

my advice for finding songs from them is to just click on things that have cool sounding titles . i'm gonna be honest here when i say that most of my music taste came from doing that.

YOOOOOO! I have a quick question!!

In your first part of your Y/N x Male!reader series, you mention that Reader and Y/N aren’t “end game”, when Y/N dies (I’m assuming he’s dying by Ares— the same way he dies in WMFTD) would he meet Hypnos in the afterlife and then get into a relationship with Hypnos (following the plot of WMFTD)? Or would Reader being in the mix do something to prevent this? And, if so, how would Reader react to Y/N moving on with someone else when he eventually dies, possibly after Y/N?

So the first time I talked about y/n x reader in that other ask, I had originally had an idea for a warrior!reader who fell in love with Y/N but Y/N didn’t return his feelings. 

The idea for this was to be a one shot with a bittersweet ending with Y/N following the WMFTD canon while warrior!reader who had moved on during the years still wrestle with the guilt of not being able to help with Y/N. (This goes back to one of the scrap ideas I had for Y/N, he had a platonic best friend but I could never weave him into the story. Partly because I didn’t realized how much it would grow)

But I couldn’t get it right. Then I got to writing ‘Thy Starry Crown’, just trying to see what sticks. My healer!reader found his voice. And I went and got myself a soft spot for that AU. So I gave the story over to him. 

If Y/N is with the reader then he won’t be with Hypnos. Y/n is loyal and would wait for the reader, no matter how much times had passed (I had toyed with the idea with TSC!reader x Y/N x Hypnos but I dunno if i will ever get around to trying to write that.)

For your last question, lets say for whatever reason, maybe a misunderstanding or temporary break up. Y/N does move on and fall in love with Hypnos then reunites with the reader. 

I think reader’s would be heartbroken and angry. And hating themselves for thinking Y/N would wait for them. They have mixed feelings about Hypnos, they hate him but also understand that Hypnos is the innocent party here.

Y/N would be so guilt ridden he wouldn’t know what to do. He would be torn between wanting to protect both reader and Hypnos. He still cared for reader, always would but he had moved on due to thinking reader wouldn’t want to reunite after death. 

Hypnos would just remove himself to let Y/N have the space to work out his thoughts but before going, Hypnos would speak in a very soft and broken voice ‘I will accept whatever you choose but I will not wait forever. This might be cruel but I can’t help but say it. They had their chance. I hope you choose me, I hope you chose us.’

And vanished, leaving Y/N only with a fading note of a lullaby.

This is for the Eyes off Me AU: what are some pros and cons that being an immortal doll come with? And are any of the other SBI interested in what's happened outside in the past 100 years or so besides Tommy? -playlist anon

I’m literally so glad this au came back up, it’s been a while since I posted anything for it and I was thinking about it when I got this ask and it was so well timed.

Honestly, to the sbi, there’s not many upsides. If they were immortal humans that may be more fun, but as a doll, it’s just really boring. They have had their little house and whatever they could do in it, but they mostly just entertained themselves with each other’s company. At least with this new house the Beeduo made for them there’s something new and exciting. But they can’t go out and do much fun stuff, and even if they could, it’s really hard to avoid being seen in a world so filled with people.

Other than Tommy, Wilbur is the most interested in how the world has progressed! He was a musician before he was cursed, and it’s really cool for him to hear what trends are happening music nowadays, though he’s glad he can still listen to some of the music from his generation on youtube. And Tubbo is tirelessly looking for someone who will make him a tiny functional guitar for Wil because of how badly he wants to make music again, but so far no luck. But Tubbo bought him a Beat Pad and lets him use garage band on his ipad (a bit difficult since Wil’s hand don’t register on the screen cause he’s a doll, but he uses a stylus), so he can at least express himself like that. And Wilbur absolutely loves it, he’s just happy to be able to make music again after so long.

Phil is also kind of interested in what technology is going around, seeing how cars, planes, etc. advanced, but he’s perfectly fine just learning about new things as he goes and generally doesn’t go out of his way to seek out new information on it.

Techno’s main thing before he was cursed was sword fighting, and since that hasn’t really advanced in a while, he doesn’t care much. Tubbo tried to get him to watch Star Wars cause he thought lightsabers would be cool to him, but Techno generally just avoids the humans so it’s a bit difficult to convince him of anything. He is starting to like Ranboo more, though.
