Your name is Koteus Mytoni and this here is what we in the biz call a retcon! So sit back, relax, and let it happen.

At 22 sweeps old you are the youngest member of an infamous crew that threw and infamous tantrum on a colony planet that got just about 90% of them super killed. No, you are not one of the ones that got that treatment. 

In fact, Mytoni, now that we’re talking about it, you weren’t even one of the ones that actually participated in the riots! Don’t you care about freedom? Tsk. It’s okay, you were busy. You know, trying to convince them,any one of them, that there were other ways, other things they could do! But you were the baby, weren’t you? And who ever listened to you in the first place? Now they’re all dead, and you were stripped of rank, but not before they gave you a front row seat to the execution. Does it hurt? Watching all of your friends die? I’ll bet.

After watching all of your friends die you and the only other surviving member of the crew were sent to complete opposite sides of the world, it felt like, they even tried to force you back down into the ocean.. But like the drone they sent to watch you broke because it couldn’t stand the pressures of the vast deep and it’s really hard to stargaze from there… So you left. Silly you, though, didn’t think to seek Kleihe out. That’s enough of the depressing stuff for now. Let’s talk about life for you as it is presently.

You enjoy stargazing, making robots, and deep sea diving. That last one doesn’t really count as a hobby if you were born there, but whatever we get it.

One of your most recent creations is called Sol, it’s short for Solace and you love her very much. She was made to look like one of the natives of the planet you were stationed on and kind of was just to help you deal with the hole left in your heart from your crew being ripped away from you. Some would say there was an easier solution to that, but I mean. Robots. She was designed to stargaze, her eyesight is infinitely better than yours and she can see systems and constellations that you can’t without the assistance of a telescope. She’s your daughter and we love her.

Stargazing is largely your favorite thing in the entire niverse to do. Some would deem it childish, spending all of your time with your head in the clouds making wishes on shooting stars and all that. But who cares what anyone thinks? Not you, you never did, really.

You would never admit that as of late your, usually very well maintained, obsession with a spotless home has gotten a little bit out of hand and that you’re struggling to get it back underwraps. But that’s exactly what’s happening and you hate it.

These days you pretend to be a nurse for a pretty famous surgeon and lend your hand to the less fortunate souls that you come across with a place to live. Usually in your very large beach side hive.

Tell me, Mytoni, does protecting these new friends really make up for the ones you’ve already let down?

Personality: Though as of late Koteus has been what some would call a “recluse” or a “hermit”, he is really a very outgoing and social creature -- He likes to spend whatever time he can around people, which absolutely explains how Sol came to be. He considers himself to be very dependable and a people person. Though he struggles with some facets of PTSD, manifesting in the form of some of his compulsive tendencies, he refuses to actually admit these are problems that exist and well.. Continues to struggle with them. At the end of the day he cares more about others than he ever did about himself. For whatever that’s worth.
