Weight loss plateau...

I still a having a REALLY hard time getting out of this stupid plateau! i havnt lost anything since oct..no pounds or inches! I have no idea why, my eating has been perfect and ive been pushing myself so hard in my workouts. I still have 60 pounds to go so i have plenty left to lose, it just wont get lost! lol

ive seriously tried everything! right now im going to try using a meal replacement shake to take at lunch and maybe zig zag my calories this coming week. im also trying to be more active throughout the day aside frm my workouts. If anyone has any tip on breaking a weightloss pleateau please please inbox me! Let me know whats worked for you! I am currently doing Insanity as a workout program but thinking of doing weights again 3x a week with this since strength training is really important too
