The “Right” Exercise
In my opinion, you know that an exercise is right for you when it…
Clears your mind and gets you out of your own headspace
Challenges you to grow as a person and work toward new milestones
Leaves you pleasantly tired, but not exhausted beyond belief
Makes you sore but doesn’t actually injure you
Builds your relationships, either with yourself or with the other people that you are performing the exercise with
Strengthens your wellness in ways other than just physically, such as promoting emotional, intellectual, or spiritual well-being
And most importantly, you can see yourself doing it long term!
