Plessie is a dinosaur in the Super Mario series who gives Mario and crew rides on certain water levels. She resembles Yoshis, but with paw pads and a more aquatic suited form, similar to that of a plesiosaur, for which she is named. She moves mainly by sliding across the water and ground, using her powerful legs and tail to gain speed and bouncing belly first on platforms as needed.
