Aalis’s room felt cold. For the first time the warmth of her wish for nothing to change… had died. A bitter chill and the ominous creak of the supports is all that's left. Bonnie had already woken up, you sent them away, asked them to give you some time alone. Your body is freezing but you can't feel it. You feel distant. Detached. You don't know who you are.
Everything feels wrong now. You notice the empty space more than the books on the shelf. The dust in the room doesn't hold a meaning anymore. Time will consume it all once again. The only sign of life now is an empty bed, with the impression of a child who is no longer there. Nothing that will happen in this room will ever matter again. What's the point of anything? It all feels so broken. It feels impossible to even stand on your own two legs, but your body won't collapse. It all feels rigid, like you're waiting for a pin to drop. You don't want to be Siffrin, if you are Siffrin, if this is what Siffrin does…
There's a thought. It's sitting in the back of your mind. One person who could help you, or at least make sure the knife in your heart hurts as much as you deserve. You hate yourself, so it only makes sense to have a conversation with the one person who hates you just as much.
“Halley, are you there?”
…
“...yeah, I'm here, shattered star. I'm hiding under the bed so your friends don't stomp me into a bloody paste.”
The image of Halley hiding under there should be comical. You should at least let out a single Ha! But all that exits your mouth is an exhale of breath. And then two words…
“Where's Aalis?”
“Gone. She's gone. Disappeared into nothing. You know, it's some kind of universe thing, I'm sure she's happy wherever she is.”
There's a sudden surge of anger in you and you reach for the drapes hiding them. You want to make them hurt for thinking such an obvious lie would work on you, but you freeze the instant they open their mouth.
“Don't. Do. That.”
There's an odd stillness to their tone. A weight. Like a god commanding its flock, you immediately stop at their request.
“You don't want to see what's under here.”
“Then don't lie to me, Halley.”
“...Who are you right now?”
“I don't know. Everything feels… blurry, distant. Maybe I'm everyone, or only one of them. It doesn't matter.”
“I worked with Jester, and the silent one, even Loop after they tried to take a stab at h- bad joke. Sorry… you must be Siffrin then. Did they not tell you what would happen?”
“Is she dead?”
“Yeah, she's dead.”
Your legs give out and you drop to the floor. You try to force yourself to cry but nothing comes out. You did this. You woke her up, this is your fault. How could you…
“She died a second after the kid woke up. Probably holding out for all of you to make it out safely. I made sure that kid didn't see her. So don't worry about that.”
“...”
“Hey, Shattered star.”
You don't respond, you can only tap your finger against the floor to acknowledge them.
“Thank you. You didn't have a reason to listen to my request, but you still set her free. I know it seems harsh, I wasn't there, but even I know that a wish like that must have been the pit of a black hole. The bones I found around the place is proof enough you did the right thing. So thank you for trusting me. Even though you really shouldn't have.”
That… does make you laugh. Request? Loop told you that when they freed everyone besides Aalis, Halley bashed your chest in. They still won't admit their faults! They still never apologized for what they did to you at the inn and now they act like you had a choice?! What choice did you have? You were forced… You were forced! You were forced! YOU WERE FORCED!!!
But you still did it. Your hands killed her. You didn't know it would happen, but that doesn't matter. At the end of this day, this day that went on for far too long, you killed a child who wanted her family back.
“Wishes do nothing but hurt us Siffrin. I'll find a way to stop them. I'll stop wish craft for good. I have a plan now. I just need a little more power, you're strong. You can help me!”
The door swings open, and Halley falls silent. Odile is limping against the door frame. She looks weak, cold, and dehydrated. The fire is still roaring in the foyer. Why come here?
“I heard a thud, is everything alright?”
You nod. You hate that you're lying, but you don't want to talk about it. You want to sleep and forget everything. You don't want to be here, or anywhere, you just want it All TO END-
Odile places a hand on your shoulder and you snap back to reality. You know you asked them to be more physical with you, but now you can't stand it. She shouldn't have to touch a murderer.
“You were dissociating for a while there. You're clearly not alright. Come on. Let's get you somewhere safer, preferably to someone who can cheer you up.”
She pulls your arm but your legs won't work. Nausea hits you all at once. You can't even stand properly and before you realize it... you've already fallen to the floor in seizures of pain. You can't even scream, trying just causes you to choke on your spit. Of course, it only took 7 loops to leave you bedridden. Now you looped back 47 times. You don't even know if you'll survive.
Odile is calling out to the others. They're going to save you. Mirabelle, Isabeau, Odile, Bonnie! They care about you. A piece of trash like you, only useful as a souvenir!
It's funny… when you think about it. Everyone refuses to hate you. Even Halley can only muster pity at best. Why don't they see it? Why don't they realize you're a monster, barely human, some disgusting creature. You don't deserve happiness.
The last thing you remember seeing before you passed out, were two cold dead eyes staring at you from under the bed.
…
…
(Loop?)
[Hello Stardust.]
(Loop? What's going on? Is this a dream?)
[I'm going away for a while, Stardust. Maybe forever.]
You don't know how to respond. You can't sense anything outside, you must have fallen unconscious. But this is too sudden, you're too emotionally burnt out to be surprised, so you simply ask what they mean.
(Loop, I don't think anyone here can leave. You're stuck inside my head. What do you mean by going away?)
[I don't know! I'm sure something will happen. Maybe I'll find a way to leave your head, or I could go to sleep and spend years without waking up, lay dormant forever. I don't think this is a choice I'm making voluntarily. Besides, I shouldn't be here, I'm ruining you.]
(No. You can't do that, Loop. You can't leave. Why do you have to go?)
[Come now, Stardust, do I really have to say it? I was nothing but a hostile mess that made everything worse. I ruined plans, got you killed, I killed everyone when I tried to... remove... Aalis. Not to mention it's clear the whole party is walking on eggshells whenever I'm around.]
(I don't care about that! You can't leave!)
[I'm supposed to keep your memories sorted, but what's the point when we barely have any memories to begin with. You never needed me, Stardust. I'm your time loop baggage that's here to slow you down. There's nothing more to me.]
(Don't say that. You can't say that about yourself! I need you! Are you just going to run away?... I'VE MESSED UP A HUNDRED MORE BLINDING TIMES THAN YOU HAVE!! WHAT RIGHT DO YOU HAVE TO RUN AWAY WHEN I NEED YOU!!)
[...You're right. What right do I have? Maybe you're stronger than you realize Stardust. You don't need me, a coward who flees as soon as things don't go my way. But I need to go. I can't stand this, I can't stand being me. I hate it, Stardust.]
(Yeah. I can't either. It's why I need you! I feel like I'm splitting at the seams! I can't take any more of this! Please! Loop! Help me! Don't go! Please… I still need you.)
…
(Loop?)
…
(Loop where are you?... It's so dark, Loop. There's no theater, or oceans, or observatory, it's just a void!)
…
[Finet... I don't think I can stop myself from going away, but I'll try to stay a bit longer. If that's really what you want.]
(Can I hold on to you for a bit. It's hard to see you.)
[Of course, Stardust. And If you do split apart, I promise to be there to pick up the pieces.]
(Thank you… Uh, Loop?)
[...Stardust?]
(I don't want you to go. But the idea of you leaving… I think I love you. The way Isa does.)
[You shouldn’t love someone like me.]
(But do you love me?)
…
[I do love you. Just as much.]
…
[Pfft, haha.]
(Loop?)
[No, sorry, it's just… I don't think you're a bad person, Stardust. I'm sure you think the same about me. We could have helped each other so long ago. But it doesn't matter now.]
(It does matter, it always mattered. You still matter, Loop.)
[You make it so hard to disagree with you. Maybe there is something I can do.]
(I hope so… I love you, Loop.)
…
(Loop?)
You feel whatever consciousness you have here begin to fade. You can't see them anymore. A sudden fear grips your chest that you might not ever see Loop again. So as the selfish person that you are, you kiss them… and they reciprocate with a kiss back to you. Somehow you know that Loop won't leave you. They'll be with you forever, in their own special way…
…
…
…
You wake up in a bed, your hand is outstretched reaching for SiffrinLoop... for someone. Your eyes take a moment to adjust to the light, and you realize your hand is clasped around Isabeau's face. He's smiling wider than you've ever seen before.
“SIF!!! BUDDY YOU'RE AWAKE!!!”
His shouting rattles through your skull and you feel an awful pressure in your head.
“Oh, crab! Sorry. It's just that! Well after everything with the manor and Aalis and-
“It's fine Isabeau. I'm alive aren't I~?”
Your body feels like it's supposed to hurt, but you can't feel almost anything right now. Which includes your legs as much as you try. You really hope that's a temporary thing. Although the thought of Isabeau carrying you everywhere doesn't sound that bad… Ow, stars, your arms feel like they have giant weights tearing on them, and you keep clenching your jaw.
“How long was I asleep?”
“You've been out for about a week. The halfway hills team was able to blow up most of the sadnesses blocking the main road. Bonbon's been sending letters to their sister nonstop, just got a reply back from her last night. Oh and Léo went to Bambouche ahead of us.”
“So we can leave tomorrow then?”
“Huh?! Sif, buddy! You are in no condition to travel! The doctor stationed here called it the worst craft sickness physically possible. He said it was possible you'd stay asleep forever.”
“Shame I can't do dream craft~”
“Please don't make jokes like that Sif… besides. We're all a little shaken up about what happened to Aalis, she just... vanished. I'm worried she's-
“She's fine! The, um, universe took her to live out her life peacefully. Because she made a wish with wish craft so now she's… part of it?”
“You're not good at lying, Sif. It's a cold comfort, but at least that place can't harm anyone else anymore.”
“She was happy. I think. At the end of it. At least she was content. I'm not lying about that.”
That puts a smile back on Isa's face. It's weak, but it's there.
“Thanks. You try to rest, ok?”
“Of course, Isabeau.”
Isabeau leaves the room. For a few minutes you try to fall back asleep, but nothing happens. You might as well look around. The room has the same kind of old well-worn boards as the hotel at the checkpoint. There's some medical equipment. It's not much compared to an actual hospital or even Dormont's house. It's enough to keep someone like you alive, at least... You'll need to apologize to everyone for having to take care of you again.
You can't hear any wind outside, it certainly feels warmer than before. It feels like every since you arrived here it's been nothing but harsh winds and blizzards. Bonnie mentioned it was a lot colder than normal. It is odd, now that you think about it. When you first visited Bambouche, it was the start of fall, but it was warm and humid. It's certainly a lot more tropical than other parts of Vaugarde.
Your home must have been tropical too. Will you be able to see it when you visit Bambouche?
There's a knock on the door, with Odile announcing her presence before entering. It's only her though. Is there something wrong? Or is this about what you did to Aalis?
“Hello… which of you is currently in control?”
Oh, a checkup then. At least it won't be anything serious, and you're starting off simple. You're-
?
You're… you are… who are you? You're SiffrinLoop… no, you're LoopSiffrin! Huh? What's going on? Is Sif- is the other person there?
(Hello?]
(Can anyone hear me?]
“Siffr- Sorry. I shouldn’t assume. Do you need more time to figure that out?”
“No, I… Maybe? I don't know who I am.”
Odile pulls out the medical journal she took from Dormont’s house.
“Léopoldine was kind enough to share their information with me. We have a lot more to go over, and this seems like the perfect chance to familiarize yourself with some of the material. I'll see what I can do with helping you figure out who you are. First question. Do you feel like you're someone new?”
“...No? I'm pretty sure I'm not. I guess I feel a little different.”
“So you're someone already a part of your system?”
System? You guess that word fits.
“Are you Jester?”
“No…”
“The way you're talking makes me think of either Siffrin or Loop.”
“We're one of those two. But we can't decide who.”
“Léopoldine mentioned something called co-fronting. Where two of you control the body at the same time. Is that it?”
“No, I don't think that's it. It's like I'm Siffrin and Loop… or not? It's like I'm different from them. It's hard to explain. I can't hear the other one.”
“You're both of them but different?... oh gems.”
“Huh?! What is it?”
Odile starts flipping through pages at a rapid pace. There's a glint in her eyes but also some fear. You brace yourself for whatever might be wrong with you.
“Fusion. When two identities integrate to become one identity. The personality of said identity can be a mix of both identities but the ratio could be off balance. Would you say you're the result of Siffrin merging with Loop?”
“I… that feels right? I need a minute to think about it.”
“Alright, I'll keep everyone out of your hair for a bit, but I can't promise Isabeau and Mirabelle won't break down the doors to check up on you. Ah right, do you have a new name to call yourself by?”
“You can keep calling me Siffrin. Please, treat me like I am still Siffrin.”
It's who Loop was, after all.
“Alright. It's good to see you, Siffrin.”
Odile begins to walk towards the exit but stops as soon as her hand reaches the doorknob. Without turning around she speaks her words with a heavy weight.
“We all love you, Siffrin. Don't forget that. No matter what happened then, or in the future. We won't abandon you.”
“When did you get so good at feelings~?”
“So there is a bit of Loop in you. Get some rest, Siffrin. And try to take care of yourself.
With that, Odile leaves you, once again, alone. The initial instinct is to panic. But you don't. You instead flop back into bed, looking at your hands. A part of you is Siffrin, and another part of you is another Siffrin. That feels like you shouldn't care, or it'd be insignificant. But you feel completely different. You think… similarly to how you used to. But there's something off to it. You noticed it as soon as the words left your mouth. Even Odile pointed it out. You have this air of deflection, trying to play dumb, the punchline. You and Loop are one and the same. Some part of you feels like you should be crying or upset that you'll never get to see LoopStardust again. But instead you feel warm. They're a part of you now, and besides, you are a new person. You honestly can't say if you're rotten or disgusting, you haven't met yourself yet.. Through all that guilt, you're a little excited to see who you'll end up being.
This was their greatest gift to you. The chance to keep living.
“Frin!!”
Bonnie bursts through the room, with Mirabelle and Isabeau failing to stop the flailing preteen. Guess you'll have to get some rest later.
“Frin! Are you ok? Are you sick again? Do you want me to cook you something?”
“Bonnie! Stop, Madame Odile said we shouldn't disturb them! Ooh, sorry Siffrin. We'll be out of your hair in a second.”
“No, it's fine Mirabelle. Honestly, I don't mind having you all here. It's nice. I'm just happy you're all ok.”
They all turn to look at each other, they aren't looking at you, did you do something wrong?
“...Did Odile explain what happened to me?”
“...yeah. M'dame said you, uh, fused with Loop? Is that the right term?”
“Yeah. I might be wrong, but I think that's what happened… I'm still me, Isabeau.”
Something you said must have been wrong, because he looks scared for a second before he hides behind a smile.
“That's good. But I'm more worried about you physically.”
“I'm actually feeling pretty good.”
“Good enough that we can go see Nille soon?”
Bonnie tugs on your bed, shaking it slightly. You feel bad you've been dragging this journey out for so long. If you wait any longer, they might leave you once you arrive… no, they would tell you. You're overthinking things, aren't you.
Your head hurts, it feels different from a migraine. As if someone is putting pressure on your eyes, the bridge of your nose, and a pressure on the front of your brain. Mirabelle seems to notice and places her hand on your forehead, she winces.
“Oh!?”
“Uh oh.”
“Siffrin! You're burning up so much! How are you acting like everything is ok?”
“Um… I don't know, I don't really feel it.”
“...Sif… Are you feeling… anything right now?”
“Uh… No, not really!”
“GET SOME REST!!!”
"YOU GUYS KEEP BARGING IN HERE!!"
Everyone starts shouting and apologizing at once and being so kind, you can't help but laugh a little. You laugh a lot, actually. You laugh so much you start crying. Bonnie hands you some water and you drink it. It's so cold and refreshing. Despite being so sick you can't even feel it, you realize how real everything else feels. The shades are so much brighter, everyone's voices are so crisp. You feel more real than you did after the loops. Before you felt almost translucent, a ghost doing everything to keep from fading away.
You hand Bonnie back the empty glass of water. And you almost fall back into bed, but Isabeau catches you. Your body feels too heavy to move.
“SIF!!! ARE YOU OK?!!”
“Huh? Oh, I'm fine. I'm just tired."
“Siffrin, you're… you really need some rest, ok? We'll give you some space.”
“Alright… um, Mirabelle, Bonnie? Could I have some privacy with Isabeau? There's something I want to ask him.”
“Oh. Alright. Sleep well, Siffrin.”
“I'll go make you some soup so you can get better quicker!”
Mira and Bonnie both exit the room, leaving you and Isabeau in an impromptu staring contest. You asked for this, but finding the words you actually want to say is…
“It's difficult to come up with words, right?”
“Yeah… sorry, Isabeau.”
“You can still call me Isa.”
Huh? You didn't realize you weren't. Is that why everyone looked worried? You turn the nickname over in your head, it sounds strange.
“I… I don't feel like I've earned that.”
“You said you're still Sif, right. Or is that wrong?”
He sounds scared, sad, and lonely. You really hurt them again didn't you. You… you're having trouble hating yourself. Hating yourself means you have to hate the two that came before you. They've hurt enough.
“I'm still Siffrin, I'm just, I'm a little bit different. I didn’t know this would happen. I was scared and I… I didn’t know. I didn't know this could happen. Isabe- Isa. I'm scared. I don't want any of you to worry, but I'm actually so scared right now.”
“We can figure it out together.”
“Isa, I… You can tell me if it's too much.”
He looks at you with a mix of confusion and something else you aren't sure of. There's been a lot of emotions today.
“Sif… Yeah it's been a lot. There's a lot that's happened, and I kind of ignored it. I tried not to think about it. Which is a total jerk move on my part. But I didn't know how to handle it, and then when we got trapped in that dream, I kind of had to face it head on. Seeing you, Jester, Mal, Loop, all of you talking and interacting. I don't know. It made me realize how I've been treating you. I can't keep taking it easy. I mean now with you, I'm wondering… nevermind…”
“What would happen if I was more Loop than Siffrin?”
“...yeah. Crab, I should be celebrating this. You're changing so much and all I feel is jealousy, but not like I want to be you, it's just-
“I'M SORRY ISA!!!”
“Wow! Wait, huh?!? For what?!”
“I called you a coward back then! That you couldn't change! I learned your insecurities and instead of helping you, I jabbed at them! I hurt you! I'm so sorry! I know we talked about it! I know I apologized! But now you're like this and… is it my fault?”
…
Isabeau holds you closer to him. He reaches out with his other arm, but hesitates. You inhale sharply, out of instinct to avoid all of it, you take his hand and pull him into a hug. You think back to when he confessed to you. How simple things were back then.
“No, Sif. It's not your fault. My weaknesses are my own. And I told you before, I thought it was kind of cool. Crab, I still do. You're really cool Sif… I think you've gotten more bold too. Old Sif would have bottled all this up and tried to make me feel happy. You've really grown, and that's so crabbing cool!”
“I haven't grown. I changed.”
Isabeau pulls back from your embrace and looks at you in confusion.
“At the inn, I didn't ask for your help, I could have, but I tried to handle things on my own. And at the manor, I tried to solve everything on my own. I was so scared about going crazy or hurting everyone again that I tried to brute force the situation and I nearly died. I'm only being bolder now because I'm not Siffrin anymore. I am. But… I don't know how to describe it.”
You made him worry again.
“Hey Sif, do you remember the first time we met? With the big sadness?”
“Huh? It was… wait… I didn't say anything. I cut… oh.”
“Sif?”
“I couldn't remember that before, I… I remember it! I walked away after I defeated it, ready to move on, but then you grabbed my shoulder.”
“Yeah, you jumped back as soon as I touched you.”
“And I said, sorry if I cut in.”
“HAHAHAHA HA! YES YES!! STILL SO GOOD.”
You laugh.
“I didn't even mean for it to be a pun. It just happened.”
“HA! You're a natural pun master. And it means you remember it. You're Sif alright.”
You frown, you want to tell him that isn't how it works. But when you open your mouth you're surprised with what comes out of your mouth.
“I didn't actually care about puns, but when you laughed at that joke, and I joined the party, I spent a lot of time reading joke books whenever I could. I learned how to keep making puns, because I liked how you laughed at them.”
“Sif?”
“I didn't have much until I met you, I lost so many memories I forgot me, and others apparently. You helped me piece together a new part of my identity. Isa, I love the way you put 100% into everything, and how you go out of your way to help everyone you can, and… Isa… I'm ready to give you my answer.”
He's leaning into you, eyes wide, pupils dilated. You can hear his heartbeat rise as his hands hold yours. You feel his calloused knuckles, the years he put into his time as a defender. Strong hands that have protected you so many times.
“If you're willing to stay by my side while I figure more about myself, and fine with the others inside me. Then yes. I do love you Isa. I love you the same way you love me.”
“Oh. OH!! OH CRAB! CRAB YEAH!! YEAH!! YES!!! Sif, are you sure?! You mean it?!”
“Yeah. I mean it, Isa. I love you.”
“Oh change! Oh yeah!!! Haha!! YEAH!!!!”
Bonnie bursts through the door yet again, cheering. Followed cautiously by Mirabelle and Odile.
“Yay! You did it, Za!!”
“WAIT, WERE YOU GUYS LISTENING IN???”
“No!!!”
“Boniface was listening in through the door. But you were both shouting so much we could hear you in the next room over. Congrats by the way.”
“Adgkffsihdjisbskshzh! You guys are gonna make my poor heart explode!”
“But Isa, how else will we have a heart-to-heart?”
“That… was a pretty weak pun, Siffrin.”
“Well then, Aorta get some better ones.”
“BAD!!!!”
“...no.”
“Pffft hehe.”
“HAHA YEAAAAAAH!!!”
For once you feel happy. It's only when you let go of Isabeau's hands that you realize how weak you are right now and collapse back into bed. Stars your body hurts, you can't stop shaking. It's as if you'll unravel if you're not careful.
“Sif! Are you ok?!”
“I'm fine… No, I'm not, actually. I'm starting to feel my body again and it hurts…”
“Alright, I'll go retrieve the doctor so Siffrin can take some painkillers and rest a bit. Everyone out. You are all prohibited from bothering Siffrin from this point on.”
“…Wait.”
“Siffrin? Do you need something else? As I said before I can get the doctor for you.”
“No, I want to make… a promise.”
“Woah, like a super promise?”
“A super… duper… promise, Bonbon.”
“That's real serious Frin, I will listen to your super duper promise.”
“Before Bambouche… I want to tell you everything… my life… the loops… the house, the inn, and the manor… all of it.”
…
“Ok, we'll be ready when you are, Sif.”
…
Halley
The manor
Crabbing universe, you thought they'd never leave. You can finally crawl out from under the bed. You descend the steps back to the foyer. Either that party or the wind knocked out the fire you started. Either way you’re freezing. You’ll probably wake up somewhere near Siffrin when you fall asleep. Wishes, awful things. But you did good here, you freed another poor soul from them. And now… you have a way to end them.
You open Aalis’s diary. You made the right call swiping it every loop. It meant that Shattered star never realized it existed. They'd have an easier time if they knew about it. But it's not like you cared if they lived or not. You'd probably be a little sad. You did torture them after all.
But you can make up for all the bad you've done. With this, you have it. Flipping through the pages once more, you see your hopes and dreams. Aalis wrote out the exact ritual she used to obtain dream craft. On its own, it's useless to you. But you noticed something in the newspaper. Something that could finally solve everything- Free everyone! You know exactly how you will kill the universe.
Hope you're having a great time on this wonderful new day. Oh and happy Halloween!
Prev - Chapter select - Next
That's act 2. Hope you enjoyed. Wow there is a lot to go over.
First of all, like the end of act 1, we'll be taking a month long break to avoid burn out on this project.
Other things to note is that Act 3 [Forgotten child] will be a bit shorter than the other acts, around 7 chapters if our estimation is correct.
Thank you so much. Act 2 was an interesting experience. Constantly pushing to get each chapter out on time, sometimes taking a couple weeks. It certainly could have done with some better pacing. Forgive us for that blunder. But thank you for sticking with us. We hope you'll enjoy what we have planned for next time. Until then
(feel free to write them out with or without modifications! God knows I will never have the time to write them)
A short collection of class 1A's recollections of all the times Midoriya and Bakugou engaged in an argument that stayed 100% verbal. In their classmates' humble opinion, Izuku and Katsuki are at their most terrifying when they 1) do not use even a pinch of violence and 2) direct their ire at the person they know better than themselves.
Midway through, Kaminari even starts a twitter account containing exclusively quotes of the childhood friends' worst roasts of each other.
I'm yet to come across anyone talking about how being plural influences their creativity. I need to know if there are others out there also juggling a whole bunch of writers or artists in their system.
Idk if anyone would be interested but we're working on a discord server for our main story universe, with art, discussion of plot and characters — we have a very diverse cast of characters, queer, disabled, plural, POC! — worldbuilding and conlang discussion, and general writing discussion. Also you can request to be an alpha/beta reader for one of the two science fantasy projects we're writing and revising, and we'll be sharing excerpts from those projects in the server. If anyone would want to help us build and manage this server, or just join it as a member, you're welcome to do so! Especially if you can help us pretty the place up and set up roles, we're not very good at that LOL
You can join here.
We're at work today so we might be slow to welcome you, but you very much are welcome! We're off work tomorrow and plan to do a lot of work on it then.
does anyone know if there's monthly writing challenges specifically for writing about plurality? i've been reading through some plural writing prompts and i'd like to have a month where that could be my focus
Would anyone be interested if I posted a short thing I wrote about that time one of my ocs got mind controlled? It’s graphic but I think it came out well (Someone with my source writing about mind control? Fork spotted in kitchen?)
