Sometime ago I wrote “The Dried Seafood Store” about this one store I tend to pass every time I go to math tutorial. Dried seafood is a pretty prominent feature in Hong Kong cuisine, where people are willing to pay up to thousands of dollars or even more than that just to serve up some good soup. During the early stages of COVID, it was one of the few stores that remained open for the most part, mainly because more people stayed home and made more nutritious soups in an effort to stay healthy.
