☆Planetarium stickers on my bedroom ceiling★
.
I want the universe on my ceiling
For every good song that doesn't die, but reminds us of who we were
When we felt the most alive
I want the universe on my ceiling
Alternate realities, a utopia turned to exile
bricks made of galaxies, inscribed with the carmine from our lips
I want the universe on my ceiling
cymbals made of clouds
that crash when the sky lurches
Moss growing on meteors that dare to fall to their knees
For the nebula wolf with stars in his eyes, a void in his saliva, the moon in his teeth
I want the universe on my ceiling
The stomach of the sun is aching in insatiable hunger
But dare not touch the fruits of its hard work
Pull a pedestal for strawberries made of blood rubies
you don't destroy what you love most to fill an unquenchable thirst
greed has a name and it is theirs
my eyes have a price tag worth
The planetarium stickers on my bedroom ceiling
The wolf that howls when the constellations form it's name
The cymbals that crash when the clock skips a beat
I want the universe on my bedroom ceiling
Not a song, not a story
The sky was born again, for the first time in a millennia
So why would we care if tomorrow never comes?
Our feet may be broken, our wings skinned
But we have eyes that are unsellable, for we all see the world in a different way,
and selling our eyes is a hopeless imitation of raw beauty that changes with every stare
Let's watch the sky in my bedroom tonight, love
While the world outside is lost in a veil of gunpowder and ink
And let's watch mundane existences fall out of style
For the world is alive for the first time in a millennia
Lets watch the universe on my ceiling,
However artificial it may be,
Let's watch the universe on my ceiling
Because we can be whoever we want, after wiping the soot off our faces, the jewels from our backs
Even when the world falls, we will still have the planetarium stickers on my bedroom ceiling
My own little universe in my bedroom
And I believe that
It is enough for all of us
.
{However artificial the universe in my bedroom may be
It's beauty surpasses the rotten world outside
But love,
Who am I to say that you don't see it like I do?}

He wanted to see the world's entire beauty that's why he became a poet
It’s simple
and it’s not.
I could tell you in a million different ways,
or maybe not.
I secretly hope,
that you regret leaving me.
In a few weeks, months or years,
I hope you miss us.
I hope you miss me.
I hope you miss how beautiful I am
and how I turned every frown into a smile.
I hope you miss the mints I ate
And how truly I believed in fate.
I hope you miss how I held your face
and how my lips curved into a smile.
I hope you miss my scent
and how your eyes lit when they met mine.
I hope you miss holding my hand
and the sound of my laugh.
I hope you miss me.
I hope you regret what you lost.
I wish I could make you understand
How it felt to be your queen
but have my crown taken away.
I hope you feel the pain,
when you fill my shoes one day.
Maybe then you would respect me
and won’t talk about me like I am deranged.
A day will come
and you’ll miss me
with a heart full of regret.
But it will be too late,
for I would have moved on
and started with a brand new clean slate.

The Spider and Butterfly
she pees at four am. in your apartment. wearing your shirt. your big blue shirt. blue bed. blue blanket. blue eyes. she has a way with comfortable without saying it she leaves a headband. she leaves an earring. she leaves both gloves. both socks. a shirt. a library book. you find and find. and you wonder what verdict. when it hurts will you say when big bed. big blanket. big eyes. she creaks the door open. you think you will hear it. you will feel less warm when she goes. but when she comes back. you don’t say it. you open the big blue blanket. you open your big blue eyes. you open 4 am and see the memory of her moving.
where do we go now
A poem no one asked for
A never ending dream A dream where I fly free Of all responsibility A never ending dream A dream where I’m with you If only it’d be true A never ending dream A dream where we can fit We are starlit
