A tug at my heart Emotions etched to the bond Oh how much I wanted to avoid the urge to talk

Attachment is all I feel towards your heart Cells calling out to yours But yours do not respond

My secrets want to find a way to your ears My heart wants to find love in your heart My head wants to find support on your shoulder but I guess it was never to be found 

Emotional attachment is what I fear for you do not reciprocate So here I am being weighed down by expectations Drowning in disappointments
