The woman I am today is no mistake.

No facade, she can’t be replaced.

Built on passion, and the need,

for something bigger. something greater.

So sweet, but tough. Like Now or Laters.

And if you unwrap this package, be sure to love me now. Not later.

Breed to be a solider, and an attitude to rude? you’d have thought we spoiled her.

I had to break, just to rebuild again.

Find God, just to have assistance to fight the demons within.

And you have audacity to think, she couldn’t win? World’s filled with sin,

while we all grin,

To live a life untrue to ourselves.

How can we truly know ourselves if we don’t grow with ourselves?

Going through hell, with nothing to show for ourselves? Besides the hurt and discomfort.

I used to. But I refused, then rebutted.

“i be damn if I fit into how you want me,

just for the sake of company.”

I feel full of youth, full of dreams, hopes and passion just like a beautiful garden in the middle of giverny. Possessed by altocumulus, kissed by a pinky moon while being caressed by petrichor emanating from the rapidly drying flowers, I feel like am breathing buttercups, inhaling lilies and exhaling tansys, I feel, I feel heavenly beautiful I can even feel the dark matters scattered in my hazel til thae moment I blink. I gaze upon reality... I am nothing but a painted picture, nothing but an abounded garden, a forbeddin flower perhaps .

And I wake up every morning like there was never a fight and you smile like everything is forgiven.

The thought of love is enough to make someone light headed.

The constant fear of never being enough.

I crave a love deeper than diamond rings,

and fancy things.

A love deeper than the waves of the ocean.

I pray for someone who wants to sneak through the doors of my soul.

Someone who sees the fire in my eyes, and grows excited to play with it. Antsy.

I desire a being who isn’t scared of the inner me.

The depression, the sadness.

Pessimistic me..

A being who looks at me and sees a rose,

while I look in the mirror at a daffodil..

waiting to blow away.

Terrified to fall in love again,

waiting for everyone to leave the way you did.

This is my mantra.

My way of life now, thanks to you.
