They never told me that within your scars, stars were born, illuminating paths unseen, whispering dreams of resilience, fueling your rise.
I am something you know. Something good and bad. Divine and a little at times, monstrous. Raw and yet mysterious. Found and yet wandering. Known and yet unknown. I am something and nothing at the same time. Too much of everything at times to be anything. The silence and the full volume. Angelic and a walking hellfire when ignited. A storm tucked in between lengthening calms. I can be pure chaos when awakened, but also an unending conservator of peace. The bloom and the shedding as well as the pure sunshine and limitless rain. I am child and woman, winged and grounded. I am the up and the down, the life and the death of the total sum of my rebirth. I heal the beasts in me, releasing my own demons to preserve all the angels that need to water whatever heavens are left to salvage on this Earth. I am the thirty that life has not seen before.
-J.Wool, I Am the Thirty
The monsters were never under my bed. Because the monsters were inside my head.
I fear no monsters, for no monsters I see. Because all this time the monster has been me.

Enjoy the game
Life’s a game so let’s play.
Rule number one: It will begin, it will give you your years and it will play white.
Rule number two: You will follow, you will take them and you will be its as long as you are. It plays its move and then it’s your turn. Watch your King, keep it away from its Queen. You play the game and you might have come far, but you still don’t know anything about it at all.
Rule number three: It will win, because it always does. You’ve been playing for a while now and your fall is about to come. So funny you thought you might beat life.
Checkmate my friend. Life likes to win, so let’s play.

My Two Dads.
Why didn't you want me to be a part of your family, why didnt you want me to belong? I was just a baby, did I really do anything wrong?
We could of been friends, but you decided thats not how our fairytale was going to end.
There are so many things you could of seen, but dad, you were not the man you should of been.
The things you did, the hurt and the pain, used to leave a dark shadow hovering my brain.
Running off and leaving us to play happily families with someone new, left a hole in my heart where there was a place for you.
You made your choices, good or bad, wrong or right, I just hoped you would of loved me enough instead of leaving without a fight.
You made me strong, seeing and knowing what you've done, has made me the person I've become.
I know you was ill and that you needed a friend, but I could of been your baby girl right until the end.
But now that you've passed, and I wish you nothing but peace.
Your chapter in my story has finally finished, the void you left and hole in my heart, has been filled by a man who would never tear my world apart.
His the man I call my dad, he chose us and still chooses us even when we make him mad, but he will never do anything bad, and for that I will forever be glad.
