Extra Pokepasta Drawings💕
Alot of randomness here XD
they’re cutie patooties 🫶🏼
My first drawing since surgery
Who is your favorite ghost (human or disguised Pokemon)?
The white hand on your shoulder isn't just a joke at your expense
The unused Burned Tower ghost
The ghost in Phoebe's room
The butler and little girl from the Old Chateau
The (maybe?) disguised Froslass who gives you the Spell Tag
The Marvelous Bridge/Strange House ghost
No... you're not the one...
The little girl with the Drifloon from the 7 school mysteries event
The false Acerola who screams at you to GET OUT
How is Paula doing? (Love letter ghost in SwSh)
Vessa, one of Spiritomb's souls
Wasn't sure if I should have included Marina from the SM demo, since I feel that it was likely a pretty small pool of people who played it or who would remember that 😅
Always liked the Strange House ghost the most since she's one of the few it feels like we have a proper explanation for, with her getting trapped in Darkrai's nightmare and passing away before her family could bring her the Lunar Wing. (It even sounds like it mimicks her father's voice to manipulate her into staying within the nightmare 😬)
Also, just some headcanons/opinions:
I always speculated the Old Chateau ghosts may have been poisoned to death, since you can find a hidden Antidote in the kitchen's trashcan.
The ghost in Phoebe's room is Phoebe's grandmother appearing in a younger form, come to say goodbye to her granddaughter one last time. You can go back to Mt. Pyre in the postgame and the old woman is gone.
It wouldn't really explain what she was doing in ORAS, but I liked to headcanon the Lumiose ghost girl was a runaway from Flare (or someone who unluckily found out too much) who was going to go public over the Holocaster spyware and their plans, but was ambushed and murdered before she could. (I always alternate between it being Arran--you fight him in the Battle Chateau and he implied his wealthy Master put out a hit on you--or Lysandre who did it.) There's just some circumstantial evidence that fits together well imo: Flare's secret police traits and the fact their base is right in Lumiose, that she could have been running from something considering the note in the train station ("I'm going to go for help. Wait in the usual place." I wonder if that was used to lure her into a trap.), and that you can find her again in Hotel RICHissime. There's a few throwaway lines about her in ZA, and she's now extended her reach to cabs according to Zach, so not quite sure what to make of that 😂
Edit: forgot the ring ghost from the ZA DLC, my bad. 😣
Art I did of "Non-Pokemon", or as Bulbapedia puts it, "Disputed Pokémon". Basically, pokemon that are not registered but whose existence in the Pokémon world is recognized or difficult to ignore.
Best example here being Ghost from Lavender tower; the pokedex cannot recognize it but it still behaves like a pokemon and has implications about the pokemon world.
Another more abstract example is Missingno. Not a pokemon recognized by the characters, but one that is so ingrained in the pokemon lore that fans recognize it as its own entity; missingno even having programmed stats of its own.
Then there are more obvious examples like Venustoise or "Thu-Fi-Zer" (A chimera of Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres. These are unobtainable, media-Specific pokemon. My favorite is that damn Crystal Onix; GAMEFREAK, WHEN?
